I'm interested in purchasing in bulk a type of speaker / tweeter that answers very specific requirements, and this forum was recommended to me for this purpose.
Is there a board dedicated to such questions, or a board where manufacturers and retailers can hook me up?

The requirements are:
- Omnidirectional (should transmit to at least half sphere)
- Reaching 80-87 Db for frequency range of 17-20 KHz
- Supports 48 KHz sampling rate
- Channels: Mono
- Input toggle between:
* AUX
* SD card .WAV file
- Should support the following .WAV file playback options:
* Autoplay
* Loop
- Dimensions: up to 15 X 10 X 10 cm
- Externally powered
- 11 level volume control with even distribution (0 = mute, 10 = max)
- Interface:
* On / off button
* + / - volume control buttons
- Connectors:
* 3.5 mm AUX
* 15.0X11.0 mm SD card
- micro USB / USB type C power supply
Some requirements (such as # of volume levels) are negotiable.
