I'm the second owner.  I had Odyssey audio put new caps and a transformer in 4 1/2 years ago.  Klaus checked the amp out to make sure it was working properly.  The amp case is a dual mono amp that the original owner had converted to a single amp so the amp powers on from the right switch.  The red led on the power switch recently started to flicker but does not affect turning the amp on or off.  Rated 6/10 due to nicks on the front face plate which look worse in photos than they are.  There are no other nicks, dents, or scratches.  Amp functions properly.

One input is open; one is capped. That make it not implausible to read your description "converted to a single amp"  to mean single channel.

It's a stereo amp with 2 channels out of one amplifier as opposed to dual mono which is 2 amplifiers in one housing where one amp powers the left channel/other amp powers the right channel.
