Hello, I'm new to Audiocircle (registered 2 minutes ago), but an audiophile (on and off) since 1987, when my father told me: now that you are 16, I'm going to give you a great birthday present... well that present changed my life, who knows if for better or worse.
I registered to ask a question in the NuPrime circle, but who knows where this will take me.
My system is frequently changing since my interest in audio resurged some 3 years ago.
My way to this hobby is not stable or cumulative, but rather a series of revolutions. Resembles Leon Trotsky maybe more than Charlemagne
, or maybe I just hope to find some peace now. Time will tell.
My main interest now is to integrate Qobuz in my hi-fi system (I just discovered it and I find it fantastic) and to try class D amps, which I find very interesting. But I also have a lot of respect for the japanese Jazz Café audio culture. Life is complex, and audio too in my opinion.
Well it's getting verbose, so I stop here.
I've seen some threads and this looks like a great place. It feels good to be here.
