How to use Entreq effectively

Dear all
I have an Entreq silver tellus but i do not know how to connect to my devices most effectively, i have 2 mono block amplifier, pre amp, pre-phono amplifier, cdp, turntable, do i need Link entreq silver Tellus to the ground earth ? Anyone  has used and experienced Entreq, please share it for me
