Tidal/Bluesound help please

I recently reactivated my Tidal account after cancelling it 2 months ago.
I'm able to listen thru my laptop so I know my account is active but when I try the stream thru the Blusound Node, I get an error message that my Tidal account is not active.
I rejoined using a new username but same email address. Don't know if that would matter

What gives? I would appreciate any help.

nevermind :icon_lol:

the new password was the issue. Needed to be updated with the Node

I’m not a Node user but could you reset it to factory default then set it up again?
