For Sale: one Furutech RD-2 Disc Demagnetizer, with all the original packaging. The aim of this device is to apply a small magnetic charge to the tiny metal particles contained in CDs, DVDs, etc, to improve playback. I used it as part of my basic routine for ripping CDs to a hard drive, but I haven't bought any CDs (or DVDs) for years and my old disks are now all ripped. There is a newer model of this device (the RD-3, which sells for $550.00), but this is the older RD-2 model. The original price of this model was $360. This one is about nine or ten years old and in 7/10 condition. Looking for $85, including postage within CONUS.
