How To Reply To Member's Ad

Hi,
I just signed up to AudioCircle in order to reply to an ad.  I go the ad and click on the User's name  and I get . . . "You are not allowed to access this section"

Anyone know what's up?  Thanks

After you have 3 posts then you will be able to reply to trading post ads.
