FS Ultracap LPS-1 with power supply

FS Ultracap LPS-1 with power supply.
Excellent condition - however there is a dot scratch on the top rear panel from accidentally sliding and hitting the heat sink on my amp.
I can supply a picture.
$300 shipped CONUS.
