One available in excellent condition, the oak top is in perfect condition and the black grill cloth has no snags, holes or tears. I used with Tonian, Magnepan and Coincident speakers and it blended perfectly and easily, with minimal adjustment.
Included is the 2Wq subwoofer with internal 300 watt amplifier, one WX-2 variable crossover (see note below), speaker cable to connect sub to your main amp, banana plugs, spikes for the sub, operation manual. The sub is 18.5" H x 18" W x 17" D.
Original box in like new condition, 25" H x 22" W x 22" D. Shipping weight is 100 pounds. FedEx or UPS can ship, and I can arrange freight shipping on a pallet if the buyer is interested. Buyer to pay 1/2 of shipping cost and 1/2 of PayPal fees. Local pickup is welcomed. Ships from 98424.
Note: The WX-2 is a temporary variable crossover used to determine the proper fixed value crossover for your system. The optional fixed value crossovers are available from Vandersteen for about $100 a pair, in either single ended (X-2) or balanced (X-2B) configurations, and provide superior performance. For even higher performance in terms of transparency, you can use Vandersteen M5-HP crossovers. Unlike the X-2 or X-2B, these are adjustable to work with amplifiers of any input impedance.
