I am looking for "6SN7GTY" tube/s.  Am not sure of the brand.  Maybe Mullard or Tungsol.   Blackened glass and brown base.

If you're not sure of the brand then it sounds like you just need that model of tube. You can try Upscale Audio, Parts Express, Boi audioworks and Ebay.  Those tubes are easy to find. You may find the Electro Harmonix and Sovtek tubes to be the most robust.  Also they will sell for less than NOS tubes.
