I recently purchased a Tact 2.2x preamp (which I love and have already posted about) and was having some issues with some of the results I was getting (turned out to be user error ) .

I called up Tact and they spent over an hour on the phone with me (after their normal business hours) going over not only my questions, but also general use of the product and ways in which I could improve upon the already excellent results I was getting.

Great support and a great product!

Cool!  We'll know to whom to turn when we buy our TACTs, too!  (Which won't be for a while for me, although I'm thinking of getting one.)
