Can you kindly offer some suggestion for a 12 inch woofer.
frequency range 46 htz to 3400htz Sensitivity 90db or higher
To be used in either ported or sealed box.
will be mated with my Oris horns to cover from 480htz up.

A quick check of woofer frequency charts show that 12" woofers usually only go to 1200 Hz and get real rough any higher.

But a couple of custom speaker manufacturers have started using the Satori 9.5" woofer which enables them to crossover to the midrange much higher, with a good crossover design it may go to 3400 Hz.

Selah Audio Harbinger - Proper driver integration was key here and not a simple task to marry a 9.5” woofer to a 2” dome midrange. In order to make it work the woofer required an extended and well-behaved upper end frequency response.
