turning stereo into mono amp
« on: 25 Nov 2004, 02:03 am »
i accidentally bought 2 identical amps (sonic impact class-t amps).  is it possible to get more wattage out of the amp by connecting the positive left and right channels and the neg left and right channels, & plugging it into 1 speaker?

iif not, what would be the least difficult way to do this?

any info supplied would be much appreciated.

thnx

I don't advise doing that.   :nono:

Why not return or sell one of the amps?

Is it safe to assume you don't have dual binding posts on your speakers?
