This unit functions as a 2-channel, 24-bit, 192-kHz DAC and headphone amplifier (two 1/4" headphone jacks) as well as a preamp with balanced XLR outputs (low-impedanace passive output attenuators). Also leverages hi-fi technology, such as, jitter elimination via clock-recovery system, variable/calibrated output levels, and has an international power supply.
This DAC is a great reference DAC and perfect for music producers and audiophiles. Lastly, it is fairly compact, can be rack-mounted, and has an incredibly well-built chassis, including a machined front aluminum panel.
