FULL BRYSTON SYSTEM REVIEW

MEMO: To All Bryston Customers
SUBJECT:  Bryston - Complete Audio System Review

February 2017

MAKING CANADA GREAT!

Hi Folks,

A very extensive review from Sound & Image Magazine on a complete Bryston System.

•   Bryston BLP-1 Turntable with Bryston BPT-1 Turntable Power Supply

•   Bryston BP2 MM/MC Phono Preamplifier with Bryston PS3 Phono Power Supply

•   Bryston BCD-3 CD Player

•   Bryston B135 Integrated Amplifier

•   Bryston Mini T Speakers

•   Target MR Speaker Stands

Favourite Quote:

Interestingly, as I became more and more familiar with this all-Canadian system over the several weeks of this review, I completely put my own system aside.

It’s not every day that one can become completely absorbed in sound reproduction and the music during a review, and it’s even rarer with components of this quality.

Congratulations!

Although they hadn't reviewed BDA-3 this time, I wasn't expecting to read that: The player is equipped with two digital outputs (AES/EBU and S/PDIF) if the user wants to increase the level of performance by marrying it with an external converter, such as the BDA-3.

I thought BCD-3 by itself would better a bcd+bda combo, for all that was said here about conversions, jitter, length of signal path...

Hi

I agree the CD integrated has advantages over separates.

I'm happy to see a review where it's the smallest amp being tested and not the bigger one.  :thumb:
Congratulations to Bryston.
