Hi,
For many years now I have left my audio setup untouched (and many components unused) as I have had other pursuits that satisfied many of the same compulsions, and also took up time and resources (photography and music creation), but I've recently regained my interest as I am trying to refocus my system (hopefully around some of my diy components) and get rid of any unneeded items. For example, I've been trying various speaker/amp combinations (out of what I own) and was quickly reminded what system synergy (or lack there of) sounds like - my Gainclone amp is very particular about speakers!
Anyway, it's all fun and I look forward to reading the contributions of the members here, and participating when I have something useful to add.
