Up for sale is a pair of Lore-S speakers in a beautiful custom automotive “BMW Sepang Bronze” finish. I picked them up locally from the original owner, who had them barely 3 months before he sold them to facilitate a move. I’ve had them for a year. They remain in excellent shape with the exception of one small scrape on the top rear edge of one speaker (see photos). This is not noticeable in normal use.
Extremely reluctant to see these go, but a new large purchase necessitates moving on some of my equipment.
The Lore-S was designed as a hi-fi version of the original Lore, using much more expensive SEAS drivers. They are extremely quick and agile especially with electronic music, percussion etc., with great slam factor (I did buy these for their “live” approach to music). I’ve found these to have good detail and a very clean character that’s rare for this price level.
These retailed for $1600 + $200 for upgraded finish.
Now asking a very reasonable SOLD for quick sale. Shipping and Paypal fees to be paid by the buyer, or pickup in SE Michigan is highly encouraged.
