..our son lives one hour south of the hotel.  Pam and I will be using his home as a base but will get a room at the hotel for Friday night.  We've found that it's imperative to have a room at one of these events so you have a place to crash in the late afternoon (we're elderly you know).  We didn't do that this year at AXPONA and ended up leaving mid afternoon missing the dinner with all you VSA fanboys...

I was able to lock in a $159/night rate yesterday at the Westin.  Rooms will fill up fast.  With the rollout of the Ultra's, this should be a show to remember.  The VSA dinner was terrific and not to be missed.
