Bill at Morningstar provides excellent customer service. I've owned some Eastern Electric gear and loved it. This phono is supposed to be phenomenal; not just very good, but superb.  I have 2000 NM LPs that I haven't played in 25 years and this would about top my list as the go to phono pre-amp if I were seeking one. Read up on it vinyl fans.
