WTB: Audire amplifier(s) - Parlando, Otez, Tenendo
« on: 28 Sep 2014, 10:33 pm »
If you have any of the amps mentioned, id be  interested in discussing a purchase.
 Specifically :

parlando
Otez
Tenendo
But id consider  a Forte as well as others pre dating these models
Amps, preamps, or other items from Audire  may be of interest as well.

Send pics with details and pricing via pm.  Thanks.

I'd take the Tenendo out of the running.  I owned one for a while and I have to say it was not Audire's best design.  Rather flat and uninvolving, IMO.  Also, the Parlando and the Otez are pure class A and the Tenendo and Forte are AB.  Totally different animals, also my opinion.  The Forte is a best buy but If you're willing to shed the funds for a Parlando then you should skip the Forte and just wait around for a Parlando.  Good luck in your search!

Can't say I had the same experience with the Tenendo.  I liked what I heard.  FYI the Parlando is CLASS A, the Otez is only Class A up to the output  Stages, it's AB.  I do agree that the Forte is a great amp , I've been using one of mine to drive a set of Celestion SL600si -    My Otez drives a set of Acoustic Energy AE1 monitors.   Looking to add a Parlando and/or a second Otez  but again I'm open to other gear by Audire as well.
