This is the best built line stage I've seen. This is the Deluxe version, a significant upgrade from the well regarded basic Line Drive. I'm not sure there are any other passives built to this standard.
From the solid case and controls, to the Penny&Giles volume control (~$400 by itself), great connectors, Wonderwire, Noble balance control, Star grounding scheme, this is Steve MCormack's statement in a passive line stage.

Unfortunately I can't use it in my systems.
