If your looking to build a small musical subwoofer these are just the ticket.   A completed version in the Parts Express 10" cabinet will give you the output of the Adire Rava, slightly lower distortion, smaller footprint and excellent musicality.   For music, these do everything over 30HZ as good any subwoofer I've heard.   Total cost with PE cabinet & amp would bring it in right around $450-$460 which makes it affordable to boot.
