Dynaco Mark 3's/ Cap Board
« on: 8 Jun 2016, 03:12 am »
Hi, I have everything together to start rebuilding a pair of Dynaco Mark 3's. I bought this very well made cap board a few years ago from a guy named Chart Chong. His instructions are clear on what to hook up to it and where but I have 3 questions about a few remaining parts in the Mark 3 circuit.
Chart is still around and is trying to help answer my questions but I think we have a small communication gap. I have the manual and schematic and even a pictoral diagram of the MK3 but he does not seem to answer the simple connection points that is all I seek. He's so far ahead of me I think he takes for granted that I'm on his level and thats fine but I still need a couple answers and I think he has given up on me.
So I ask, is there anyone out there that has installed a Dyna Mark 3 cap board made by Chart Chong, Audio Sound Lab. I can't really post the question unless you see the manual and his cap board layout and installation instructions. Before I learn how to cut and paste I'm hoping someone out there might know this cap board. The board is so well made I have to use it.
If I get a bite on my lure I've thrown out here I will forward all e-mail answers from Chart to solve this amp kit mystery as well as some token of appreciation. Thanks so much. Mark Korda....kordamark@gmail.com     207-632-1648

Hi Bob2, thanks for that email. I did try the Dynaco Tube Forum which I think Bob Latino is the moderator. It had been awhile and my password did not let me through, so I went to the Audio Circle. After work tonight I will try that email. I have talked to him before and you couldn't have picked a more helpful person.....thanks Bob2...Mark K.
