$850Do I really need to say anything, about this unit? It's an old-timer, that 'philes still covet...because it's built like Kate Upton, and is sweet as Van the Man's Tupelo Honey.
That's why, this box-flipping addict (Audiogon feedback, 375-100%)...has kept one around, longer than anything;
ever stayed in the house, lol. When I needed a fix...I could always swap this into my system (with $6k sources and $11k speakers), set the volume (it is well-known, this unit has no remote, of course); and just sit back, and listen to
music...without analyzing the
gear.
But I
really, need to purge; and this deserves a better home, than my listening room floor.
The condition, is about as good as you're going to get...I think. Let's see; of course the silk-screen is fading. I've never seen one, that isn't; maybe it was like that, when new, lol. But it's intact; no labeling is missing. Yes...it's a little dusty. I could have cleaned it up; taken some Q-tips and rubbing alcohol, to the volume and source knobs, etc. But I never do this, before selling gear a) for fear, of screwing something up...and b) it always makes the pics look weird; like things are two-tone, lol.
This unit is so hard, to capture in pictures anyway; flat, matte Black. And there's a little enamel chipping, in 2 (inconspicuous) places...
1) The top, right
side...of the tube cage

2) Around back...along the top of the panel-casing

Other than that; clean, gene! Front-panel, transformer cover, top, sides, etc. Just needs a little TLC, and she'll shine for her new owner.
Of course, you never see...the
back; and if you don't have kids (and I didn't); or you at least, keep them the hell...out of the listening room, lol. Why would you ever, cover up those beautiful tubes?
So here's how it
should look

Oh...speaking of tubes: PL (EH) AU/AX7s, in the
pre stage; but oh-so-sweet, Gold Lion KT-77s...in the rear! Please...don't ask me how many hours; life's too short, to count.

You'll want to roll your own anyway, right? I mean...that's half the fun, of a little, tube unit like this.
Other than that...usual, usual. I've already mentioned my impeccable feedback; so buy with confidence. Buyer pays actual s&h (original
triple-boxing, from PL!); PP is an additional 3% fee, unless we use FnF, or agree to something else ahead of time.
Any other questions; just ask. I don't mind, talking a little shop
