Lobster or scallops on the grill with a small steak works for me.

Seared, peppered medium-rare tuna steak on a bed of organic greens topped w/ a fresh red raspberry vinaigrette w/ a few chopped walnuts thrown in. . .

Yes, I love to cook. . .

pj, that sounds amazing!

After thinking about and calling my relatives for suggestions I decided on a bag Ramen Noodles- mushroom flavor.

Hmm...

Seared, peppered medium-rare tuna steak vs Mushroom Flavored Ramen with an egg (maybe)

Tough choice....

I personally went with grilled chicken but that tuna sounds a-mighty nice.

PJ is their a good way to cook that without a grill?

You live in a place full of the best food in the country.  Walk outside, turn right or left, then eat at the first place that's open.  I know it will be awesome.  Problem solved.

Or of course, you could whip up some fancy froo-froo gourmet egg salad. ;)

Got the grill about two weeks ago.  Had a 6.5 LB turkey breast on it tonight.  Used the indirect heat method and used mesquite chips in the chip burner.  Turned out GREAT!!!

I'm thinking around Labor day for an Audio BBQ.

Thanks Carl... just what I needed.  Actually I have found some really good resturants here in Raleigh.  Last year I had a roommate who had spent his whole life here.  So I would ask him from time to time if he had a suggestion for dinner.  Everytime he would say 'Kanki' (Japanese steakhouse).  Now it is good food.  I do enjoy myself some Japanese.  However I decided that I wanted something different so I asked him if he knew any other places to eat.  Nope.  That was it.  He has lived here for his whole life and only knows one damn resteraunt.
