SOLD: Marantz 1060 integrated in wood case

I just acquired a large collection of pieces from a friend who had to move. This is the first one out of the box for testing. Photos are in un-cleaned condition to show just how nice this is! Case is perfect. Front panel is perfect. Volume pot was a bit scratchy at first but is working in just fine even without DeOxit. Tone controls are stepped and quiet. Sounds great through headphones. Will try with speakers in the next few days as time permits. Note the original IN-OUT jumpers and the cool original box with graphics. The rear of the box shows the 1060 rear panel in similar fashion. I've priced this one for a quick sale at $350. Similar not as nice have brought $100 more on The Bay. I also have the matching 105B tuner also in a wood case for $150, as yet untested still in box.

I'll try to attach photos but this is my first Marketplace post here. I'm well-known on AK and Lansing Heritage. Prefer not to ship but if you're patient we can probably work it out. I'm located in Central Virginia off I-64 between Charlottesville and Staunton. Message me if you have any questions or need more detailed photos. These were just quick iPhone shots.

Thanks for bearing with me as I try to offer these superb items to good homes. They are not offered on any auction site.

Wow! I owned one of those when I was in college in the 70's. :thumb:

At this point I'd have to say this one looks to be sold and going to a good cause in support of another one. To be finalized Saturday and thanks for working on a local-pickup solution.

The matching tuner is still available. More to come later. There's a beautiful (and heavy) Yamaha CR-2020 receiver complete with wood case and original box still to be tested. Looks to be in great shape. Did I say heavy? The huge transformer makes this beast a bit lopsided to carry! I hope this one checks out as well as the Marantz.
