As my first thread is waiting for approval before it shows up on this circle, I might as well introduce myself:
I'm a 50something year old male high school teacher from a rural part in the middle of Germany and infected by the high end virus for some 30 years now. I've been following the development of Lampizator for 3 years or so online. I took the chance and travelled 200 miles to listen to a (stunningly good) Lampizator presentation one month ago at Juergen's near Köln. Now my brand new Golden Gate DAC (symmetrical, preamp, two pairs of XLR outputs, custom order external infrared receiver) sits silently waiting for a set of 4 Kron45s which have been promised for a week or so (the provisional used tubes they sent with the DAC had one faulty tube). It's a state of near torture

A rather long run of speaker cables comes through the wall to my speakers in the living room. Everything else hifi is hidden in my home office next door. That's why I asked for the external infrared receiver. Lampizator made that possible: outstanding service!
