SOLD I have two of these 12" woofers available. Very little use on both drivers. Purchased new from GR Research. Danny Ritchie at GR Research confirmed that these woofers are the Acoustinator N2012 Neo's. He used these drivers in the open baffle Venuette V2 kit. Pics show 1 woofer front and back. The other driver is boxed up. Baffles not included.

Those are excellent bass drivers in OB configuration.
I bought eight (08) of those from Danny and paid 75 USD each,
therefore 100$ per pair is a good deal.
