Hi everyone I'm new.

I've been visiting this site for a couple of years and figured why not join? It's fun to geek out about audio.
Here's a little about myself,

I inherited a terrible Technics pre/power system when I was a teenager,
I then got a subscription to WHAT HIFI and sealed my fate.

Sometimes when I'm A/B'ing separates after a while my head hurts
(not from volume just concentration)!

So anyway, hello!

My first "system" consisted of my mom's ca. 1940 AM radio and a $30 cassette deck.  I'd put the mic over the speaker when a desired song came on.   :oops:
