IMO, people tend to put too much emphasis on matching mass and compliance. While this should not be ignored and gross mismatches should be avoided, it's only one factor among many in determining SQ. There are carts which seem to do better with an arm/mass which results with a res freq. outside of the recommended range with un-damped arms. You might be better served looking at combos people prefer with the table, although low cu carts + low mass arms should be avoided.
I think your arm mass is approx. 10g, but you probably know better than I. If you really want to know, you could get a test record and cart(s) of known compliance, defeat the damping and find the res freq. Take the info to VE database tools and solve for arm mass. You should also keep in mind, this is an approximation. Carts vary from spec and arm mass can be manipulated to some extent. You could add weight to your headshell to increase eff mass. I don't think you would have a problem with any of the carts you mentioned. Which ones you prefer is a different story.
