I'm a new member to the Audio Circle.
Coming onboard to learn more about system synergies and read member reviews on gear.
I started in 2006 with the UE Superfi Pro 5 and it's been a downhill slope from there.
I hit my apex in terms of dollars spent when I acquired a pair of Focal Utopia Diablo monitors in 2012 paired with a Meitner MA-1.
Unfortunately had to sell the whole setup to fund my professional education, now a pair of Focal Solo 6 Be active monitors serve up 80% of the performance I used to enjoy (great value if configured to room modes).
Still miss the Diablos and hope to acquire them.
I enjoy a balanced tonal representation and my music preferences are Classic Rock (Journey, Eagles, Player) to Electronica (Daft Punk, Chainsmokers) to House (Klingande) to Classic Mandopop (Jacky Cheung, Jay Chou).
