FS: Response Audio 3205 Extreme with Clarity Caps


For sale is Response Audio Modified Jolida 3205 Extreme with Clarity caps.  Purchased directly from Response Audio about ~3yrs ago.  It can be used as integrated amp or power amp.  The switch labeled balance is used to convert it from integrated to power amp.  When the switch is up it runs as integrated amp and when it is down it is power amp.  The right most input (labeled tuner) is used for power amp mode.

Unit that I am selling is similar except when I purchased it Soniccap's were not available so Clarity MR caps were used by Response Audio.


Has taps for 4/8ohm speaker, will work with 16ohm speakers also.  Currently, used to drive Zu Druid V speakers which are 16ohm.


Supported Power Tubes: EL34/KT77/6CA7, KT88/6550/KT90
preamp/splitter tubes used: 12ax7 and 12at7


Tubes included with the sale are - standard Svetlana EL34, 12at7 and 12ax7 provided by Response Audio, Penta Labs KT88 and TungSol 6550 tubes.

FWIW, I swapped in Clarity Cap MRs in my Tubelab SE 45 amp and have never looked back - I think they're fantastic.  As neutral and uncolored as the day is long.
