Hello. Well, it has happened again. I periodically purchase a CD on a whim (as opposed to being familiar with the artist). In this case I bought a CD by Joel Rafael entitled 'Baladista'. I had never heard any of his music, but chose this based solely on the CD cover. It's not my kind of music.

So....all you gotta do is pick a number from 1 to 100. The winner (using one of those internet based programs that produces a random number) will receive this CD. I will pay postage.

Yikes! I have allowed my karma to drift in the sands of too much time. 

I just used MathGoodies.com's random number generator and got '46'. Now I need clarification. Is it the closest number below 46, or just the closest number that is the winner?

If it is below 46, mix4fix is the winner.
If it is the closest number, SteveFord is the winner.
