PS Audio Ultralink II DAC

Any one out there with direct experience with the PS Audio Ultralink II?
I just had one offered to me at an attractive price, but I have no experience with the piece.

Any/all input about this unit would be appreciated.

A "hot" DAC during the '90's. Might check Stereophile site for past reviews. But , its old tech, new DAC's are much better.
    During the '90's, PS Audio and Theta dac's were the one's to own. I always remember the Theta...from a NYC audio show (way back when)...came away thinking "excellent sounding, VG bass". And I stuck with my Phillips CD-80. :? [/list:u]
