SOLD SOLD SOLD
I am reluctantly listing my
ShengYa V-518's for sale.
They have a beautiful cherry veneer. Very easy to listen to speakers. They really do sound amazing. The only reason I'm selling is cause they are too big for my dedicated listening room, and too small for my big main room... they just don't have a place.

30hz-20khz they don't need a sub in most rooms. 92db/1/1m into 8ohms. They love tubes, but honestly sound great with anything I've used. From 300B's (amazing,) to a 40wpc Cary EL84 PP amp (also amazing,) to a PP KT88 integrated... these have shined with all of them. They sound amazing with my Rega Brio-R, Red Wine Signature 16 and Job amps as well.
I have the original jumpers, spikes, paperwork, grills, as well as aftermarket jumpers (installed). Bi-wire and bi-amp compatible. These are really great speakers and I'm happy to keep them around, but they are just sitting and I could use the money for other things. New they sold for $2800 from Grant Fidelity.

There are a few blems on them from when they were shipped to me. Most are very slight and you have to be looking for them. (We didn't make a claim cause I didn't want to deal with it cause the damage is very slight.) I could have touched them up, but since they are all small I didn't bother... and I'm picky. You can see pics in the flickr link below and my photos are enhanced to show the damage clearly. When setup you have to be right up on the speakers and looking for issues. They still look great.
LOCAL PICKUP ONLY - I'm not in a hurry to sell them and I wouldn't mind keeping them around. I am willing to drive as far as Kansas City, Oklahoma City, Tulsa to meet someone. Basically within 3hrs of Wichita, Kansas. Local demo's are encouraged, I'll provide beer.
I'm asking $1200obo and I think you'll have a tough time finding a better speaker for the money. PP Gift, MO, Cash. I will take regular PP if buyer covers the fees, or I can take CC's with my Square Reader if buyer covers fees.
Condition using the AGon system would be about a 6.5/10 to be honest. But really they look more like an 8/10 in my opinion.
Please PM with questions, or for my phone number or email if you'd like to discuss further.
