More Praise for Jim's Excellent Customer Service

This won't come as any surprise to all you Salk owners, but I wanted to add my praise for Jim's excellent customer service. I bought a pair of HT2s from Jim about 3 1/2 years ago when I lived in Michigan (practically in Jim's backyard). The top of one speaker had a small bubbling in the veneer (curly cherry, dyed a deep rose-red) but I figured I would just live with it. Well, last year after we moved to North Carolina, I decided to ask Jim if he could redo the veneer. I drove my speakers to the Capital Audio Fest (where I got to hear the fantastic Exotica 3s - if only I had the room and the cash!) and handed them off to Jim. Jim redid the veneer but couldn't get the dye to quite match what I originally had. So Jim simply made a new pair of speakers for me (without my even asking) at no charge (except I did pay for upgraded caps - Clarity MRs). Jim not only makes a great product, but he will go the extra mile for you. Truly a first class person and a real pleasure to work with.

Couldn't agree more.  Jim provided outstanding customer service when I needed help getting my Salk Streamer set up.  In my opinion, the best in the business!

Many things in my system have changed, including the speakers.  However, instead of going to different brands, I just traveled up Jim's line.  Now on the flip side, I have changed everything else in my system at least 2-3 times.

Hi Guys,

I've bought 2 pairs of speakers and a subwoofer from Jim.  Planning on a centre channel this year.

I can reiterate the same experience when I had a issue with my speakers.
Its hard to find such awesome support.
Jim truly is a gentlemen.
