For some reason the audio is no longer working on my pc, O.S Windows 2000.
Restarting my computer I received message new device installed mutlimedia controller.. windows could not find the driver when prompted. My sound card is Creative Labs CT4760 so I'm guessing I lost or need the driver for it?
I tried downloading the file but I was unable to unzip the file because I don't have winzip and I'm not computer savvy enough to figure out how to download a zipped file without it

And yes, I did check to see if the master volume was muted
