Up for sale is your next dream speaker. The N3 tower by GR Research.   It has been mine.  However, I have decided to sell these to fund another GR research project.  Perhaps, I should not make the assumption that visitors to the for sale section of audio circles are tuned in to speakers designed by Danny Ritchie.  I don't think I will ever own a speaker not designed by Danny.  In my opinion, he is at another level of anybody out there and I have listened to a lot of speakers over the years.  His speakers are magical and I have never talked to anyone in the industry who is more knowledgeable than him.  I am really blessed to have discovered his offerings.  I love music and his speakers deliver in spades.
He designs and creates speakers for the DIY community as well as for other companies.  He designs speakers costing thousands of dollars that often win best at show at audio gatherings.  He also designs speakers for the budget minded audiophile that win countless awards (av123 encore x-ls bookshelf speakers).  People in the audio circle community then take his designs at put their own artistry into the appearance of the speaker.  Reuben of Fallen Enclosures is one of those entrepreneurs.
Reuben does the best work of anybody I have seen.  They are works of art in my opinion.  He built the cabinet and created a very unique speaker.  The sides are wrapped in a black leatherette.  The tops and bottoms are piano black.  The bases make the speaker appear as though it is floating.  They are a very elegant looking speaker.  The rear port also has grill cloth installed over it.  Just another really cool touch.  The cabinets have been lined with no rez.  Each speaker weighs in at to 61 lbs.  A testament to the build quality.  The speakers feature a transmission cabinet that helps produce usable bass down to 40 hz.  You may not need a sub with these.  I have listened to them many times without a sub and I am surprised every time when I feel the bass they produce.
The crossovers have all the upgrades to increase sound quality (Sonicaps and mills resistors). The networks were built by the previous owner.  I sent pictures of them to Danny and he gave the thumbs up on the construction of the crossover. Crossovers are Danny's specialty and is often contracted by other companies to design networks for their offerings.
The tweeter is the B&G planar magnetic transducer.  It does not have the price tag of the RAAL tweeters but don't think that it is inferior.  One of the best speaker designers in the world choose it for a reason.  It is pretty dam good.  Although, I have never heard a RAAL, I have read that the B&G tweeter may make music more realistic.  Listening is subjective so if you have heard both and you disagree I apologize.
Now pricing.  I paid $1400 for these not too long ago.  I believe they are worth every penny of that an more especially considering Salk Song Towers will run you close to $3000.  I have no doubt the N3 could hang with the Song Towers.  The N3 has higher sensitivity and produces lower bass (40 hz vs 42 hz).  They both have about the same footprint, have top notch crossovers, outstanding build quality, top shelf drivers, and nice finishes.  I will be offering these for the lowest price I have offered, $1000 takes them with pay-pal fees  and shipping will be added.  This is a great price.  I have shipping boxes but remember they weigh 61 lbs and will be large boxes.  I live at zip 72703, Fayetteville, AR if somebody wants to pick them up.  Danyy said I should get $2000 or hold onto them until the market picks up.
The condition is very nice.  They have been well cared for and never driven beyond their seemingly limitless capabilities.  There are some nicks and scratches on the bases.  The piano black tops are in nice shape.  The leatherette does have some scratches (scuffs).  These flaws are generally visible under very close inspection in harsh light.  The pictures here are from the previous owner.
I hope these find a good home.  It is a win win situation.  Somebody will get an incredible speaker at a bargain price and I can move ahead with my next project.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions and more information can be found at grresearch.com

I am putting up a pair of N3 Towers in Black leatherette with piano Black Tops and Bases.  I am not the original owner.  They were built by Reuben for

I cant believe more interest has not been shown for these.

Perhaps some carefully chosen paragraph breaks would make your ad copy more readable and inviting?
