What are the panels in the third photograph, the panels with the squiggly lines?

Thanks in advance,

Home made diffusors...is my best guess.

It's scary how things happen sometimes.....just yesterday a very serious audiophile told me about Cain&Cain speakers. Now you post this. Fascinating.

Hi Michael. As you know, I need another pair of speakers like I need an impacted tooth but I've been curious about Terry Cain's speakers for some time. If a set of the Double Horn Bens came on the market, I'd spring for them.

Seriously, can you have too many speakers?

Think of the possibilities...you could have everyday speakers, bedroom speakers, den speakers, HT speakers, laundry room speakers, garage speakers, holiday speakers, son-gets-invited-to-medical-school speakers, outdoor speakers, portable endodontist speakers, bathroom speakers, etc. etc.

Surely, 17 to 20 speakers should be in every household! I can establish a national adopt a speaker society to find homes for orphaned speakers in need of a little TLC.  :icon_twisted:

C&C speakers are rare birds. Best luck with your search.

Terry has passed. Someone else took over the business. I bought a pair of Ed Schilling's Horns at the time. Ed sold a few pairs and donated his profits to Terry's family. That was why I bought them.

I've never regretted the purchase, and consider Ed to be one of the best guys in audio.
