Ok...I have a pair and a spare of the JBL L77 Lancers.  The pair I would like to keep, they still have the white rubber surrounds.  I was wondering if someone with excellent surround replacement experience could order the necessary surrounds and perform the operation...in return they keep the spare.  I carry three in and only carry the two matching ones out.  Does that sound feasible?  Even exchange or what more would I owe?  Thank you for your consideration.

Put me at the bottom of the list, as I'd be interested, but I've never performed this particular surgical procedure.
I do have a steady hand with a blade though. 

Just to clarify...you have three cabinets. Two are yours to keep (forever and ever). The "doctor" would own one cabinet?

Correct BobISTL.  The pair I will keep match each other, the other is a little newer.  I have had them for years.  I figured I would like to keep the pair for awhile but didn't need the spare, so it becomes sell-able/trad-able.

Gotcha. Sounds like a cool piece for a garage speaker. Don't necessarily need stereo in there.
Like I said, keep me at the absolute bottom of the list. If nobody else comes along, I'd be willing.

Still looking at doing this.  I need to clean the cabinets as they got a little of the mildew on them...

Ok...still cleaning up the cabinets and found some foam I may have ordered for these.  Anyone with experience re-foaming what to make this deal?
