 I just purchased Turntabulator and its seems to do the job

Dr. Feickert Platterspeed. You need a test disk with a 3150 test tone.

  I got 33.43  I was just looking for somthing to make sure I was in the ballpark

This is what I use. I also checked it iRPM and get essentially the same readings.

Where do you get a 3150 test tone?  I have the Cardas and HI-FI News test records, neither of which have 3150 test tones.

I used Adjust+ which measures the 3150Hz tone using a computer directly from the phono stage signal, and found it accurately matched the Platterspeed app when used with my iPhone 6. So I can at least attest that Platterspeed should be accurate.

The Analogue Productions test LP has a 3150 test tone.  Track 10, side 1.
