SOLD: Ayre V-5xe. Latest production. UPDATED with new info

Second owner. Latest production - not older or upgraded (serial number is 6PXXX, which is uncommon in the used market.) It got a check up from Ayre to make sure everything is fine. I got it and another amp to do a shootout with my existing amp, but soon after decided to change my priorities. I hadn't even opened the box until last week (just to make sure it works and to take pictures). While taking pictures, I discovered several scratches that the original owner did not disclose. So...I have no choice but to dramatically lower the price. Unless you plan to inspect the scratches with a spotlight and sit within inches of the amp while listening, it's not something to be worried about. In fact, I didn't notice them until I started taking close-up pictures.
