Style Jukebox

I have been wanting to put my 10k song lossless libray up into the cloud for some time now...if nothing else, just as another back-up of my library since I have so  much invested in it. I've looked at Google Play, Amazon, Apple, etc, and nothing really met my needs. Today I came across something called "Style Jukebox", and I'm extremely excited at the possibility of this company. As we speak, my entire library - which is ripped in Apple Lossless - is being uploaded as one huge file to the Style cloud. The fact that they are compatible with ALAC files is huge for me, as I have always used, and loved, iTunes to manage my music library.

Even more, not only will this serve as a back-up, which is mainly what I was after, but there is a Style Jukebox app for my iPhone and Kindle Fire. So for the first time, I'll be able to enjoy my lossless files anywhere...even by using AirPlay to send to my main audio system where my Magnepans are licking their chops. To this point I've just streamed my iTunes library to my Apple TV, which has worked great, but this is taking things to a whole other level.

I'll be able to evaluate stream quality and functionality tomorrow once my entire library finishes uploading, but for only $25 a YEAR this is a ridiculous bargain.
