Hi, and welcome to vinyl circle a place where the dinosaurs roam. 

The cart is obviously made by AT.  Here's a replacement stylus with a cross reference:

When I first saw your photo I thought it was an ATN12S - shibata for the 4-ch cart.  That would be a serious upgrade.  I'm pretty sure it would fit.  Maybe someone can confirm that.
