I downloaded it, plugged in the Sansa, ran the software and this error message popped up:
"Your configuration is invalid. This is most likely due to a changed device path. The configuration dialogue will now open to allow you to correct the problem."
I clicked on Okay, the selected Sansa Clip + (Stable), clicked on Okay and then this popped up: "Configuration error"  "No mountpoint given.  You need to fix the above errors before you can continue."  In all the years, on all the computers I've owned, I've never received those last two error messages.  I've heard of the first one, but not the second one.  I went in a loop until I got disgusted.  Of course Rockbox has no support contact info and I'd rather not sign up on yet another blog/forum and ask if anyone had had this problem, but if I can't get help here, I'll dive in there.

Thanks richidoo!  I'll try that "fix".  Reading that whole thread it seems Sansa's OS updates are not the most customer service oriented.
Update:  Got 'er done - thanks again!
