If any of you are interested, I just made one of these to see behind my AVA equipment when I swap wires.
The LED Lantern is made by Eveready available at Target: http://www.target.com/p/energizer-fusion-folding-lantern/-/A-14438842#prodSlot=medium_1_2&term=eveready+folding+lantern

For the mirror portion I had some specular aluminum lighting sheet, which you will not be able to get, but you can use a glass mirror available at lots of places. I double face taped it to a portion of the front lens.






Works like a charm. The Lantern even has a built in stand....
