For sale: my pair of wonderful Timbernation computer speaker stands in flat grain tiger maple, each 3-3/4 inches wide by 5 inches deep by 12 inches high and approximately 5-1/2 pounds in weight. The stands come with 14 Herbie’s Audio Lab grungebuster dots to enhance vibration control and lateral stability. I use four dots between each stand and the desktop and three dots between each stand and the speaker bottom. Only $95 for the stands and dots including the PayPal fee and shipping as described below.
These gorgeous, hand-crafted stands raise computer speakers away from the reflective surfaces of the desktop environment and place the speakers’ tweeters at ear level. They made a huge improvement in the soundstaging and overall sound quality of my Audioengine A2 powered speakers.
I’m the original owner of the stands, having purchased them in June 2008 from Timbernation. The stands are in excellent condition and are rated 9/10 on the Audiogon scale. I can find no marks of any kind on the stands. The stands were used in a smoke-free, pet-free, and child-free home.
