I was wondering if anyone here has the Bryston Model T Signature Loudspeaker and could share their opinions of the sound. Curious if they can be driven well by a 25 wpc tube amp. Thanks!

Hi

The lowest power I know of that people are using with the Model T's is our B135 integrated amp at 135 watts.

The Inner Ear magazine used a 25 watt integrated tube amp at the last Toronto Audio Show with excellent results but that was with the Mini T (which is less efficient than the Model T).

A lot will depend on the room size and the levels you want to listen at. The Bryston speakers all have benign impedance curves so they are very easy to drive.

I tried a 12 watt 300b amp with terrible results. BTW, I friggin love the Bryston sigs but power them properly.
