Looking to downsize to a preamp/powered monitor setup. I've a dynaudio BM5A mk2, and would like a nice preamp to go with it for not a lot of $$$.

Looking for a Aragon Aurum preamp or something similar to it.

No problem at all. Good luck. All three are very good and underrated preamps. The 24k is built like a tank and very transparent. It also has two set of outputs in case you want to run subs. The one I have is in great shape. The Penny and Giles is my favorite pot.
