***SOLD*** This stereo amplifier uses one 6H30pi driver tube per channel.  The three output tubes per channel are EL509 pentodes in parallel, triode wired, biased in to Class A, in single ended configuration, for 4 watts per channel output-transformerless.  I have put two damper rings on every tube.  Modifications are mostly mechanical:  power switch now on back panel; two power transformers, B+ and filament, on plastic risers with slots on top and holes in sides for convection cooling of these transformers, with no heat conduction to chassis; two wood dowel posts added inside chassis for use as cable tie posts; wires from B+ rectifier positive and negative to first filter capacitor are now shielded  wire.  The only component change is to the one capacitor before the regulator in the driver tube filament circuit, which is now of a larger capacitance and a higher voltage rating.  No operational problems.  Comes with original manual and schematic.  A new pair of driver tubes and three new output tubes are included.  Shipping weight estimated to be 30 pounds; from ZIP 18661.   Asking $1,100.00.
